Hydrotherapy: APS conducts hydrotherapy for individuals and groups from our purpose-built facility in Yokine. The pool is heated all year round, has a rail and shallow steps for easy access, and a variety of depths to suit all levels of water confidence. When required, equipment is used to add resistance and make the exercises more challenging and can even be implemented to support total suspension in the water when non-weight bearing activities are necessary.
