Dan Sewell established Tennis Excellence in 2008 and is proud to be the coach provider of choice at various Clubs across Perth. Tennis Excellence has the reputation of providing all players and their families an extraordinary experience and have the resources to offer APTC members, and the local community, a wide-range of coaching options and tennis programs.

We are excited to bring this to APTC!

I introduce our Centre Manager, Elliot Moyle. Elliot joined the TE team in early 2020 and has been instrumental in providing hundreds of players a wonderful tennis experience. Elliot is a highly qualified coach with years of experience. He is a quality person and is excited about bringing his experience to APTC.

WA Tennis Shutdown in Response to COVID-19 Hard Lockdown

To the WA Tennis Community
 
Instruction to cease, temporarily, tennis activity in Western Australia

Effective from 6pm tonight, Sunday, 31 January 2021 until 6pm Friday, 5 February, the Perth metropolitan area and the Peel and South West regions will enter a 5-day lockdown, based on health advice.

These measures are being implemented due to a fast evolving situation in Western Australia with the positive COVID-19 case detected in a hotel quarantine worker. 

The WA Government has instructed a number of  facilities will need to close in the Perth, Peel and South West regions, including but not limited to gyms and indoor sporting venues as well as outdoor recreational facilities.

As a result of these temporary measures, Tennis West is advising that all Tennis Clubs, Club Activities and Coaching Activities must cease operations immediately:  

• All tennis clubs and centres are to close until further notice
• All tennis programmes and coaching be cancelled
• All club, association, and social play be cancelled until further notice
• All public court hire bookings to cease

The 5-day lockdown will also deem that all Tennis West Leagues, competitions and tournamentsscheduled within the lockdown period be postponed. Please check the Tennis West League Noticeboard for details and updates to play.
